Key Personnel

Steve Lamond - President - B.S. Mechanical Engineering, M.S. Metallurgy, MBA: Formerly Director of Quality Assurance for Textron Lycoming Gas Turbine Engines; work experience includes twelve years at GE and Allied Signal Corporation prior to establishing ITSI in 1992.

Lysa Arseneault – V.P. of Procurement & Controller – Over twenty five years with ITSI supporting finance, banking, accounting, and international transactions. Responsible for all order processing including customer interface and supplier process management.

Kyle Such – Dir. of Operations, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support – BS Chemical Engineering and MS in Aeronautics: Six (6) years at PWA working in Military experimental gas turbine engine development as project team leader directing engineering, assembly, and test personnel while working as liaison for US Military contract oversight personnel.

Steve Kushnick - Director of Engineering - B.S. Mechanical Engineering; fifteen years as design engineer for P&WA, 27 years as independent Engineering consultant with emphasis on rotating hot section parts for Gas Turbine engines. Has overseen 100% of ITSI reverse engineering and hardware development activities since inception.

Steve Brncic – Design and CAD Engineering Manager – Twenty-five years' experience with all forms of CAD software including 3D modeling in support of reverse engineering, tool design, and manufacturing process development. 

Esteban Ballester - Marketing, Sales and Technical Support Representative - B.S.  Electromechanical Engineering: More than thirty years international experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, and commercial working for US, French, and British Companies.
